Clinical Research Occupational Therapist | Adjunct Faculty, UTEP

Dr. Natalie Pravinkumar is an occupational therapist, clinician-educator, and member of the N’MORE clinical research team. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where she also serves as adjunct faculty in the Occupational Therapy program. At N’MORE, Dr. Pravinkumar worked alongside Dr. Cecilia Fierro to translate the intensive, task-specific upper-extremity intervention from the original Critical Periods After Stroke Study (CPASS) into the home-based tele-CPASS format. She contributes to the clinical implementation and delivery of tele-CPASS, helping adapt structured motor training to the home environment while maintaining the intervention's therapeutic principles.

She previously served on the Board of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association (TOTA) as a student representative and was named a recipient of the 2026 TOTA Horizon Award. Her broader professional interests include trauma-informed, patient-centered rehabilitation.
