Graduate Research Assistant


Jasmin is a graduate student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She leads the telerehabilitation studies in lab. Jasmin contributes to data collection, clinical testing, and training stroke participants in the use of technology for rehabilitation.

A graduate of the Kinesiology program at UTEP, as an undergraduate, she participated in the Changing Health, Attitudes and Action to Recreate Girls (CHAARG), and Alpha Phi Omega, a fraternity dedicated to serving the community, school, and organization.

Working at an outpatient rehab center, she gained experience with neurological diseases, orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports. In her free time, she likes to work out, spend time with family and friends, paint, draw, go to plays, and watch movies.
